Whoops! I forgot to post my weigh-in yesterday. I guess blogging about it slipped my mind because for the second week in a row I had nothing to report... no gain, no loss. This week I have been better about snacking and I've got fairly healthy meals planned, so hopefully next week I'll have a loss to report.
Hang in there, those pounds will come off.
