Please pray for our friend K who has just seperated from her husband. This was an abusive situation and she left in the best interest of her two children. Her soon-to-be-ex has a violent history, and there are things going on right now that make me very concerned for everyone involved. Please keep all of them in your prayers.And, of course, please remember all of those in the south (especially my bloggy friend Kim) who are dealing with evacuations and damage from the hurricane. I can't imagine what it must be like to be far from home, wondering what's left for you to return to. I pray that everyone will be safe!
We're also returning home tomorrow. I didn't want to leave in the first place, but my husband hates to have no AC, so we left Friday and will return tomorrow (Sunday). As far as we can tell, we only have minimal damage.
