We don't really do Valentine's Day at my house in terms of the commercial stuff, like cards and flowers. DH and I have just never gotten into those "Hallmark holidays" like Valentine's Day or Sweetest Day. Instead, I'll make a special dinner for our family, and the kids and I will make some kind of heart-shaped dessert. However you spend it.... have a Happy Valentine's Day!

ReplyDeleteWe are pretty much the same. Never really got into V-day, and we're just fine w/ that. :) We did give the boys a little treat.

We don't really get into v-day much either. We do exchange cards & DH usually gives me flowers, though...I actually would prefer them out of the blue, on a non-"special" day, but men DO need that little push, I guess...we are making something for each other, which I think is really special :)
