This week promises to be very hectic as we all adjust to me returning to work (part time) after being off for the last six weeks. Throw in softball practices, doctor's appointments, hair cuts, and whatever else comes up... weeks like these are when menu planning is really a sanity-saver!
- MONDAY: new recipe: Braised Pork Medallions with Apples, scalloped apples, steamed broccoli
- TUESDAY: Pammy's Crockpot Chicken, pasta, steamed California blend veggies
- WEDNESDAY: french toast, bacon, fresh fruit
- THURSDAY: new recipe: Mexican Style Shredded Flank Steak on tortillas with veggies
- FRIDAY: lasagna (from freezer), garlic bread, salad
- SATURDAY: homemade pizza, new recipe: Pizza Hut Style Breadsticks, salad
