Great American Grump-Out

What a fun holiday- and one that we all need to celebrate! :)

The Great American Grump-out website says that:

Grumpiness is something everyone has felt or been subjected to at one time or another. Everyone succumbs to the “grouchies” now and then. If we weren’t grumpy, we’d probably explode.

Grump Out goals:
1.) To help people better understand the connection between negative attitudes, stress and health.
2.) To see America give themselves permission to be friendly, playful, supportive and loving for just one day.
3.) To have FUN!

I'll be celebrating this one with my residents at the nursing home... what about you? Can you do a full 24 hours without being grumpy?

P.S. This post was written over the weekend using Blogger's handy-dandy new post scheduling feature. Edited on Tuesday to add: it's especially relevant for me as we are currently undergoing our state survey at work- trust me, we'll need to remember not to be grumpy!! :)
