Sunday Scrappin'~ March 30th

TA-DA's: Since my last crafty update, I've sent off two sets of swap pages (both 6x6" recipe pages- click on photos for a better view) and I've got another set (this one is 4x6") ready to put together. I've also spent some time at digital scrapping sites, and I think I'm going to try that format as soon as I get a new printer-- my old one died this week.

TO-DO's:

  • Finish the 4x6" cards, then work on the next swap (notecards) that I have due in about two weeks. Get those both to the post office early so I can save a little $$ on postage and not have to pay priority rates.
  • Add journaling to the preschool scrapbook pages on my craft table.... yes, that's been on my list for a while now. ;)
  • Make two birthday cards.

THIS WEEK'S BONUS QUESTION: WHERE DO YOU FIND INSPIRATION TO SIT DOWN AND CRAFT? In a word... everywhere! I mostly get motivated to go do something after I've seen a great site online, looked at a new book or magazine, or just pulled out some of my own scrapbooks. But the inspiration for the individual creations comes from all kinds of things-- colors I see in a dress, the way scraps of paper happen to fall together on my craft table, etc. I also love to surf craft blogs for challenges-- I don't always get something finished in time to enter, but those ideas might inspire later creations. I have so many ideas... it's just the time to do them all that I'm missing! ;)

If you do any sort of papercrafting,
I hope you'll join us for
