Sunday Scrappin'

Ta-da's: I posted a photo earlier this week of my personal planner that I altered. I also completed and mailed out a dozen of these 4x6" recipe cards for a swap. (I can't say that I'd do the gray cardstock again for a recipe... even though it matches the DP & ribbon, I wasn't thrilled with the overall washed-out look of the finished card. I laid the 4x6" card on a red background for this photo, and I like it better with the extra red. Maybe I'll mount mine on a 6x6" red paper!)

To-do's:

  • I WILL get those preschool scrapbook pages journaled this week-- no matter what! :) They have been on my to-do list for weeks now.
  • Upload DD's birthday photos and order prints.
  • Print and pick-up other photos at Sam's (our printer has died) on Monday.
  • Create and mail six "friendship" notecards for a swap.
  • Start on my pages for Sarah's kid-friendly recipe swap. (If you're a member of SCS, check it out HERE. Sarah is a friend of mine IRL and often participates in SS-- I know she'd be happy to have more people sign up and make this a really fun swap!)

This week's bonus question: What kind of projects do you do the most often? I'd say it's a tie these days between cards and scrapbook pages.... whatever I'm inspired to do, or, whichever swap I have due that week! :)

If you do any sort of papercrafting,
I hope you'll join us for
Sunday Scrappin’

  1. My sister in laws just told me how swaps work this week...I didn't know what everyone was talking about before. The altered planner sound so cool. Are you going to post a picture of that? The recipe page swap sounds really neat too. That's something I would really enjoy doing someday...organizing and making my recipes handy and pretty.
