Points Plus are listed here when I know them:
- MONDAY: pepperoni omelets (egg beaters, peppers, onions, cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, etc.- pp will vary per person), fresh fruit (0pp)
- TUESDAY: WW chicken fingers with BBQ sauce (5pp), oven fries (3pp), steamed broccoli (0pp)
- WEDNESDAY: family favorite meatloaf (7pp), mashed potatoes (3pp), green beans (0pp)
- THURSDAY: baked macaroni with cocktail weiners (Not gourmet, LOL, but a special request of my 7 year-old who is sitting here working on the menu plan with me!) and veggies
- FRIDAY: hamburgers (5pp without bun), tater tots (4pp), salad (0-2pp) (requested by the "boys"-DS and DH)
- SATURDAY: To be determined. I'll be spending the entire day baking in preparation for my sister's bridal shower, so dinner will probably be something easy I can toss in the crockpot in the morning. I'll decide after I get groceries and see what I find on sale. ;)
Hi! This is my first week doing Menu Plan Monday. I was soooooo excited to see that you are doing WW. Tomorrow is my 2nd weigh in and I am scared. Week 1 I lost 6.2, but I was sick all week, and I am afraid that in week 2 I may have gained some back...
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you put on your menus, as I need inspiration. Right now I am eating what I have always eaten, just doing servings instead of eating any amount I want.
I'll love to hear your ww story & how you have done! branandmike at hotmail
This is excellent! Always happy to meet one of my Weight Watcher sisters/brothers. Thank you for stopping by my blog and letting me know about yours! :-) Happy to be following along now.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your WW points and strategies for being on WW while feeding your family. I've always struggled with balancing the two.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the weight loss! Awesome! I'm proud of you. :) I'll be joining you soon enough w/ WW. How do you like the new program?
ReplyDeleteHi Amy, Thanks for stopping by my blog. As you can tell, my blog is brand spanking new! Congrats on all your weight loss. I'm off to make that citrus chicken. I will let you know how it goes.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Ten pounds is a milestone. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm not doing weight watchers. I'm sure what I'm doing is similar, but mainly just watching my fat intake, and mostly because I need to lower my cholesterol. Way to go! And when are you gonna do Sunday Scrappin' again? Miss you!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on losing 10 lbs!!! I'm starting to implement some WW's recipes. So far so good! Keep it up!
