Sunday Scrappin' 5/11

TA-DA's: Yesterday I shared my quick and frugal Mother's Day gift for my grandma. I'm also making (yes, I said making, as in not finished yet ::sigh::) cards for both of our moms and a picture for my mom... I'll share photos later this week! I've been on a roll with making gifts lately-- last week it was my sister's gift basket. I can also cross "getting zoo photos printed" off of last week's to-do list, and my recipe swap cards need some adhesive (loose parts) and then they will be ready to swap out... photos to come later!

TO-DO's: My biggest task is once again a carry-over from last week... I've really got to get to work on the Alphabet Borders swap. I have my ideas & the supplies, but I need to find some time to get it all finished and ready to mail.

Also on my to-do list this week: spend some time blog-hopping for Scrapping Servant's National Scrapbook Month blog party! You'll find my own post for the party HERE . Carolyn has fun tutorials and prizes lined up- be sure to check it out!

THIS WEEK'S BONUS QUESTION: Did you make anything special for Mother's Day? Well, yes, see my Ta-Da's above! I was very happy with Grandma's picture.

    Thanks for the tutorial I didn't know W**** did that. Nice to know when your rushed for time and need something quick and still want it to be personal. Your layout is very nice. Well done.

    Have fun at the blog party! It sounds like fun. Way to go on making cards and gifts...I bought cards from Target. Next year, I'll be on top of it enough to make some!

    I know all about the carry-overs of to-dos! Sorry my suggestion for spacing won't work with the Sunday scrappin' template. That is so strange!
